BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with FROGG DESIGNS, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions set out below. The client refers to the company or individual engaging the services of FROGG DESIGNS.
Deluxe And Custom Website Packages
The agreement shall commence upon acceptance of the application form by client and shall continue indefinitely thereafter, provided that either party shall be entitled to terminate this agreement (or any specific product applied for) on one calendar months written notice to the other to that effect, provided all outstand payments are settled in full.
Small Business Website Package
The agreement shall commence upon acceptance of the application form by client and shall continue indefinitely thereafter with a minimum contract period of eighteen months, thereafter either party shall be entitled to terminate this agreement on one calendar months written notice to the other to that effect, provided all outstand payments are settled in full. If a client wishes to cancel the Small Business Website Package Contract prior to the completion of the eighteen month contract period, all outstanding payments must be settled for the remainder of the full eighteen month period.
Email Package
The agreement shall commence upon acceptance of the application form by client and shall continue indefinitely thereafter, provided that either party shall be entitled to terminate this agreement (or any specific product applied for) on one calendar months written notice to the other to that effect, provided all outstand payments are settled in full.
FROGG DESIGNS will only commence a project where an agreement has been provided by email, telephone, mail or fax. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between FROGG DESIGNS and the client. This includes written and verbal agreements via telephone and email.

PAYMENT TERMS
Deluxe And Custom Website Packages
Fees quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Our payment schedule is as follows:
· 30% of the total project cost will be invoiced on commencement of the project.
· On completion of a project the client is obliged to pay the balance in full.
· Payment terms are strictly 7 days.
Payment Of Accounts
A deposit by the client is required before FROGG DESIGNS can commence a Deluxe Business Package project. Any outstanding accounts for work completed by FROGG DESIGNS or our affiliates requires payment in full no later than 7 days from the date of invoice.
FROGG DESIGNS will contact clients to remind them of payments due if they are not received. If accounts are not settled and FROGG DESIGNS have not been contacted regarding the delay, website access may be denied and web sites or projects removed.
